Meet the Chef

Chef Endalk Mekonnen

I am an award-winning professional Ethiopian Chef. I graduated from culinary arts schools both in the USA and Ethiopia. I served as Chef at the Addis Abeba Hilton for more than ten years, and also owned my own culinary arts school with more than 600 graduates to my credit.

Here in the USA, I had my own cooking TV show on an Ethiopian channel before becoming Executive Chef at the Hilton Hotel in Springfield, Virginia.
